Welcome to Card Supply Co. ("Card Supply Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Card Supply Co. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Products

Card Supply Co. sells trading cards, sealed trading card products, collectibles, accessories, and related merchandise. Product images are provided for illustration and may vary slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer packaging updates, photography, lighting, or display settings. Products advertised as factory sealed are sold in the condition in which they are received from our suppliers.

Trading card products contain randomized contents. Card Supply Co. does not guarantee that any particular card, rarity, pull, or value will be included in any sealed product.

2. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may change prices, availability, promotions, and product specifications at any time. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute acceptance of an order. We may cancel an order if a product was incorrectly priced, a listing contained an obvious error, inventory was incorrectly displayed, we suspect fraudulent activity, we are unable to fulfill the order, or the order violates these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.

3. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; Card Supply Co. does not store complete payment-card information. We may request additional verification when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized transactions.

4. Order acceptance and limits

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion where permitted by law. We may limit quantities per customer, household, address, payment method, or account, particularly for limited-release or high-demand products. Orders that appear intended to circumvent quantity limits may be cancelled.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your login credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

6. Fraud and chargebacks

You agree not to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment information, or false billing or shipping information. Before initiating a payment dispute, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve legitimate issues. We may provide relevant order, shipping, tracking, delivery, and communication records to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a dispute.

7. Shipping, returns, and privacy

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, and personal information by our Privacy Policy, each of which is part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Card Supply Co. branding, logos, original website content, graphics, text, and designs are owned by or licensed to Card Supply Co. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without written permission. Pokémon and other third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and artwork are the property of their respective owners. Card Supply Co. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Supply Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

10. Website availability

We work to keep our website available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend portions of the website for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
