Mystery Box FAQ
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, in two clicks — use the manage link in any of our emails, or request it at /subscription with your email. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; a box you’ve already paid for still ships. No fees, no minimum.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. Use your manage link to skip the next box before its billing date — you won’t be charged that month, and you can undo it.
What is the 25th cutoff?
Join by the 25th (Pacific time) and your next box is billed and ships on the 1st of next month. Join after the 25th and your first box still ships right away, but your next charge moves to the 1st of the month after — so you’re never charged twice within a few days.
When am I charged?
When you join ($199 + any sales tax), then on the 1st of every month until you cancel. We email a reminder about 6 days before each renewal and a receipt after.
Shipping?
Free, U.S. addresses only. Boxes ship on or right after the 1st with tracking (your first box ships within 1–3 business days of joining).
What’s the $275 guarantee exactly?
Every box contains factory-sealed English Pokémon TCG product with a combined TCGplayer market value of at least $275 on the day we pack it, and the packing slip lists every item with its market price. If a box is ever under $275, we make up the difference in product or store credit. Market value = TCGplayer market prices on the day we pack your box. It’s a reference point for what the product sells for, not a promise of what you could resell it for.
Returns?
Mystery boxes are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t as described, email photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.
Will I get the same thing every month?
We vary the mix month to month and keep track of what we’ve sent you. We can’t promise specific products, sets or pulls — just sealed English product meeting the value guarantee.
