PSA 10 Roaring Moon ex Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Card Supply Co., 901 S Live Oak Park Rd, Fallbrook, CA 92028 (“Sponsor”). Contact: support@cardsupplyco.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Sponsor’s owners and members of their households are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts October 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends October 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper. PT means Pacific Time.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning.

A. Mystery Box subscribers (automatic). Everyone whose Monthly Mystery Box subscription is active (not cancelled) at October 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT is entered automatically. No action needed.

B. Free entry by mail (no purchase necessary). Hand-print on a postcard or a 3"×5" card all of the following:

• your full name,
• your mailing address,
• your email address,
• your phone number,
• your date of birth, and
• the words “PSA 10 Roaring Moon Giveaway”.

Mail it with proper postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 25, 2026 and received by October 28, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted. Entries that are late, illegible or incomplete are void.

One entry per person in total, however you enter. A subscriber who also mails in still has one entry, and anyone with more than one subscription or mail-in entry still has one entry. Duplicate entries beyond the first are void. Automated, scripted or bulk entries are not accepted and are void.

5. Odds

Every eligible entrant has an equal chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

One (1) prize: Roaring Moon ex, Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions Special Illustration Rare #162 (2025), graded PSA 10. Approximate retail value (ARV): $700. Collectible card market values fluctuate; the actual value at the time of award may be higher or lower, and Sponsor makes no promise about resale value. The prize is a bonus and is separate from, and in addition to, the $275+ guaranteed sealed value of any Mystery Box.

No cash or other substitution and no transfer by the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Drawing and winner notification

On or about October 29, 2026, Sponsor will select one potential winner at random from all eligible entries received, using a cryptographically secure random number generator, with each eligible person counted once. The potential winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the drawing and must respond within 7 days of that notification. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Verification and taxes

The potential winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility (and release) and an IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Because the prize value exceeds $600, it will be reported on IRS Form 1099. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize.

9. Prize delivery

If the verified winner is an active Mystery Box subscriber, the prize ships inside their November 1, 2026 Mystery Box. If the verified winner entered by mail and is not a subscriber, the prize ships on its own by insured shipping within 10 days after verification. U.S. addresses only.

10. Privacy

Information you give us for this giveaway is used to run it (to check eligibility, contact and deliver the prize, and meet tax-reporting requirements). Entering does not sign you up for marketing emails; marketing is a separate, optional opt-in. See our Privacy policy.

11. General

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California.

After the drawing, the winner’s name and state are available on request by emailing support@cardsupplyco.com.
