Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

• Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.99.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Tracking: every order ships with tracking, sent to the email you used at checkout.
• Packaging: sealed product is packed box-in-box with padding. We never tape directly onto product packaging.

If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 7 days at support@cardsupplyco.com and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
