Subscription policy

This policy covers the Monthly Mystery Box subscription. Terms version: mb-terms-2026-10-08.

Price and automatic renewal

  • $199.00 per month plus applicable sales tax. Shipping is free (U.S. addresses only).
  • You’re charged when you subscribe, then automatically on the 1st of every month using the card you saved with GoDaddy Payments, until you cancel.
  • Cutoff: join by the 25th (Pacific time) and your next box is billed and ships on the 1st of next month. If you join after the 25th, your first box still ships right away and your next charge is the 1st of the month after next — so you’re never charged twice within a few days.
  • We email a reminder about 6 days before each renewal and a receipt after each charge. Every email includes your cancel link.

Cancel, skip or change anytime — online

  • Use the private manage link in any of our emails, or request it at cardsupplyco.com/subscription.
  • Cancel in two clicks; it takes effect immediately for all future charges. A box you’ve already paid for still ships. No cancellation fees and no minimum term.
  • Skip the next month before its billing date (and undo it if you change your mind).
  • Update your shipping address or card at any time.

What’s in the box

  • Factory-sealed, English-language Pokémon TCG only — such as booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster bundles, collections and booster packs. Never singles, never opened or repacked product.
  • Value guarantee: each box has a combined TCGplayer market value of at least $275.00 on the day it’s packed, and includes an itemized packing slip listing each item’s market price. If a box is ever under $275.00, we make up the difference in product or store credit — just email us.
  • Market value is a reference price for what the product sells for; it is not a promise of resale value. We don’t guarantee specific products, sets or pulls.

Returns

Mystery boxes are final sale. If anything arrives damaged in transit or isn’t as described, email support@cardsupplyco.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it.

Failed payments

If a renewal is declined we email you an update-card link and retry 3 days and 7 days after the billing date. After 3 failed attempts the subscription is cancelled and you won’t be charged again.

Founding member offer

When we run a founding-member launch offer, the exact deadline is shown on the Mystery Box page; members who join by it get a bonus factory-sealed booster pack in their first box. There is no offer when no deadline is shown.
