By using cardsupplyco.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Pokémon and its trademarks belong to their respective owners; Card Supply Co. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokémon Company.
Pricing and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud or resale abuse. We may limit quantities per customer.
Payment. Payments are processed by GoDaddy Payments. Sales tax is added where required.
Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds policy.
Subscriptions. The Monthly Mystery Box renews automatically and is governed by our Subscription policy.
Promotions. Giveaways and other promotions are governed by their own official rules, which control over these terms for that promotion. Current: PSA 10 Roaring Moon ex giveaway, official rules.
Collectible value. We don't guarantee the contents, pulls or future value of any sealed product.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
